Made with high quality dark green twill inside and out. All over print of rattle's and pacifier's in a beautiful teal screen print. There is a side mounted vinyl changing pad with a 1/4 inch foam inside, also a heart applique in one corner. The inside is loaded with three large pockets to hold all you diapers, toys, etc. There are also 2 elastic bands with to hold bottle's in place. Velcro closure.
